ES9014-312  Hotel door locks  adopt Mifare cards (M1 card), developed by PHILIPS as key cards,Strict Authority and time limit control, and could be used in all kinds of hotels, guesthouses, office buildings, confidential departments and all the other places, which need entrance management.

2.       Perfect Management

• Strict Authority Control

 Each card is authorized to open certain appointed doors, such as Guest Card and Staff Card could only open one appointed locks; Service Card could only open the locks of certain floor; Emergency Card and Master Card could open all the locks.

• Strict Time Limit Control

 All the key cards have a time limit; as soon as the limited time expires, the cards will be   invalid automatically.

• Perfect After-missing Process   

Once the cards are found lost, the system could easily invalidate the lost cards by Discontinuation Card, Report loss Card or Replacement function.

• Large numbers of Opening Records

E²PROM in the computer control board of locks could keep the latest 800opening /closing records (including opening by mechanical keys, opening by RF cards, etc.). And all the information could be transferred by Record Cards to system computers for later query. E²PROM, with perfect qualities, could preserve the data effectively even the locks are broken or the power is cut off.

• Secure Cipher Control

 Cipher Cards could modify the ciphers of the locks conveniently; however as new cipher cards contain the information of old ciphers as well, the microcomputer of the locks will also check the old cipher before changing it into a new one. Therefore without correct old cipher, no body could change the system ciphers.

3.       Security and Convenience

• Security

The probability to decode the ciphers of M1 encrypted card, which the system adopts, is merely 1/2³²; the international standard latches are against inserting and destroying; and also the management software has multilevel cipher settings to insure the security of the system. And all the operations would be recorded for later query.

•  Convenience

Customers could use the card to open the locks immediately after checking in, and the card will be valid until the limited time expires. If two or more guests share one room, they could use subordinate cards. And cards could also be used to open safe box, saving energy switches, etc. If the locks system is united with other systems, the cards would have more functions, for example, with payment system, the cards would also be able to pay the bills, etc.

After entering the room, guest could bolt the lock; in this way, no other cards could open his door, except Emergency Card and Mechanical Keys. And if the door does not close well (the main latch does not stretch fully), the lock would also alarm to remind guests to close it again.

•  Profound Operation Records

Management software will automatically keep all the operations in the records, which are not allowed to be altered at any time, for later checking.
